Hello Witches!
I simply cannot wait. My birthday will be ON THE ROAD and I’ll be visiting some of my favorite cities on Earth (Atlanta and Asheville), plus visit two new-to-me cities: Birmingham and Memphis!).
If you’re in the area, come see me! If you’re NOT in the area, hop in a car or on a plane and come see me!
Here’s where I’ll be….
Atlanta, GA: Mystic South (July 11-13)
I’ll be spending my birthday at this incredible conference in Atlanta, GA and am honored to be a headliner. :) Dozens of workshops and talks, a gorgeous vendor room, plus a Friday night concert! See the full line-up and register at this link.
Be sure to add my talks to your line-up:
Bad, Good, Or Misunderstood: The Dangerous Goddess In Modern Paganism
Can a fertility goddess be vengeful? Would a death goddess offer comfort? Contemporary goddess worship is quick to label goddesses as “dark” or “light,” without considering the context of the era from which they originated. The legacy of mainstream religions has left many modern Pagan struggling with the identity of what a Goddess could be, and restricted the potential for that Goddess to enhance their life. By looking at powerful contradictions within Brigid, Hekate, and The Morrigan, we will explore the “scarier” parts of these three goddesses in context, and discuss the importance of accepting uncomfortable aspects of goddesses, as well as their reflections in our communities and ourselves.
Rites of Loss and Renewal: Community Tools In Times Of Loss
How do we support our Magickal kin in times of loss? How can we help their grieving process…. and how ought we not? Drawing from her book, Sacred Tears: A Witch’s Guide to Grief, author Courtney Weber will share exercises and best practices for personal and community grief support using a Magicakally-minded approach.

The Mórrígan is an ancient Irish goddess frequently associated with warfare and Magick. Yet in many myths, the Mórrígan shape-shifts, influencing major events in Irish mythology. This class will begin with a brief introduction to the Mórrígan, with a special focus on the myths in which the Mórrígan changes shape. Through original exercises inspired by these mythologies, participants will have the opportunity to explore ways in which they can shift different courses of events in their personal lives.
